Body Contact Clinics

 

AHSHA is excited to start offering Body Contact Clinics again this year. Players will be taught the proper use of body contact, initiating contact, receiving contact, protecting the puck, battling for loose pucks, and more. These concepts will be learned in a live environemnt against other players. 

Numbers will be limited each skate. All skill levels are welcome to attend. No jerseys will be provided, players are welcome to wear their own. Full USAH certified protective equipment is required of all players. Including neck laceration protection.

Players do not have to be registered for AHSHA in order to participate. All players must be registered with USA Hockey. 
All off-season camps are not affiliated with USA Hockey and players register at their own risk. Camps are non-refundable.

Skaters are welcome to attend multiple sessions, but practice plan will be the same.

Goalies are free first come, first served. All body contact drills will include shots on goal. No goalie instruction will be given but it is a chance to get free ice and face game like shots.
