REGISTER IS CLOSED - FALL 2023 2024
BEFORE REGISTERING MAKE SURE TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
2023 Spring Semester school schedule: (we will be asking for the 2023-2024
schedule once released, if you do not have them available).
** A coach or team manager does not have the authority to authorize a refund or a player withdrawal. A refund request must be submitted to AHSHA ~ there is a link at the bottom of the Refund Policy for the Refund Request form. If a Refund/Withdrawal request is not completed through AHSHA player is still registered and fees will continue to be charged.
**If your player is injured and you are registering them to hold a spot the refund policy still applies should they find out they will be unable to return to play.

- USA HOCKEY MEMBERSHIP for the 2023-2024 SEASON (4TH DIGIT MUST BE A "4") - no exceptions. If players are registered with a membership number that is not for the 2023-2024 season, their registration will be marked invalid and removed from the registration system, no notice will be sent.
- Copies (pdf is recommended):

- Upon Completion of Registration: You will be emailed a "Registration Confirmation" (check your spam folder), it will have links to submit: Payment Authorization for the remaining Fall fees and to Upload Documents. If payment authorizaton is not received and documents are not uploaded ~ the players registration will be removed from the system. Again, no notice will be sent - player will just be removed.
- Make sure you read and understand the: REFUND POLICY
