2024 2025 FALL REGISTRATION
BEFORE REGISTERING MAKE SURE TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
Upon Completion of Registration: You will be emailed a "Registration Confirmation" (check your spam folder), it will have links to submit the following:

REFUND POLICY - make sure you have read and understand the policy. A coach or team manager does not have the authority to authorize a refund or a player withdrawal. A refund request must be submitted to AHSHA ~ the link at the bottom of the Refund Policy: Refund Request form. If a Refund/Withdrawal request is not completed through AHSHA the player is still registered and fees will continue to be charged.
If your player is injured and you are registering them to hold a spot the refund policy still applies should the player be unable to return to play.
- USA HOCKEY MEMBERSHIP for the 2024-2025 SEASON (4TH DIGIT MUST BE A "5") - no exceptions. If players are registered with a membership number that is not for the 2024-2025 season, their registration will be marked invalid and removed from the registration system, no notice will be sent.
- Valid Credit Card to make deposit payment of $550.00 (non-refundable).

- Payment Authorization (for the remaining Fall fees - pay balance in full or installment payments)
- Upload Documents (see below for documents required).

- Birth Certificate or Passport
- USA Hockey Registration number
- 2024 Spring semester school schedule for the school the player is currently attending.
- 2024-2025 school schedule if available ~ if not, we will be collecting these when they become available.
