DOCUMENTS and TRAINING REQUIRED for SAFESPORT MONITORS

Below is a list of documents and training required to become an approved AHSHA SafeSport Monitor. SafeSport Monitors that have not fully completed all of the required documents and training will be will not be able to participate until all requirements are met.

Complete and submit the AHSHA SafeSport Monitor Application.
  1. The following USA Hockey requirements must be met- USA Hockey
    1. Current year USA Hockey Registration (There is no charge for this registration)
    2. USA Hockey Safe Sport Training (Annually) - Safe Sport Training
  2. Submit to background screening every two years USA Hockey. Background Screening
     
All AHSHA SafeSport Monitors must be approved by the Team Program Manager prior to the start of every fall season to become part of team staff.
