ICE DEN RESPECT THE RINK POLICY
Respect the Rink
The Ice Dens are proud to partner with the Arizona High School Hockey Association. The Ice Den staff works hard to ensure the facilities, ice surfaces and amenities operate effectively and efficiently. In return, we ask that all community members treat the Ice Den employees, facilities and amenities with respect and care. By following posted rules, adhering to building policies and staff instruction, together we can work to ensure a fun, safe and professional experience for all.
In recent seasons there has been an increase in situations at youth hockey games as it relates to verbal abuse of officials, violations to facility alcohol policy, damage to Ice Den property, parent/spectator fights as well as fans/spectators aggressively banging on glass and accessing the ice during championship presentations. Should these situations continue, the rink will revoke team ice privileges, trespass and permanently ban (from all Ice Den facilities) any team/individual who violates policy and/or mistreats our staff.
Please Be Advised: Damage caused by unacceptable behavior, including but not limited to: shooting pucks off-ice/outside at building exterior, climbing on pads, breaking glass/equipment, vandalizing locker rooms or any areas within the facility, its amenities, and surrounding properties, will be investigated and invoiced to the responsible individuals.
